What happens to college students when they first leave home to go to college? They go crazy experimenting with their new freedom. Now I am not saying they are just experimenting but it goes along the same lines. The new government is only a few years old. The government will gain control and the civil war will end. There will always be violence there just like there is violence here. Perfect peace does not exist. The people will eventually live in just as stable of an area with much more freedom this time.
