What are some of these people talking about. Almost all docs suggest that pregnant women use splenda. It is made from real sugar it's not artificial and it is low in calories. Got Splenda/herbal-care.com yiou can find what you need there.

Im not sure if Splenda is okay or not. I have heard alot of bad things about it. They do however have a all natural organic sugar. Its nothing like regualr sugar, and its alot better for you then surgar and Splenda and everything. The thing is I can remember what its called lol. But Im sure if you go to a Organic Health Food Store, or even if you have a organic section in your store you can find it.

I was real careful with everything....I stayed far away from artificial sweetners of any kind, they aren't even good for healthy adults to have....Also, if you wouldn't give it to a young child, don't have it while you are pregnant is what I say, and I definately wouldn't give my son Splenda. That's just my opinion though....I'd ask ur doctor to see what they say, when in doubt, ask the dr!

It's been a while since Splenda came out. I haven't see anyone with extra limbs or a third eye in the middle of their forehead, so I think it's safe. Like everything else though, always use in moderation.

It is perfectly okay to use Splenda. It is made from sugar, where as the other ones (nutrasweet, equal, etc) are made from aspertame and sacchrain (sp?).
My doctor told me to use Splenda rather than the other fake sweeteners!
Congrats!

No that is an artificial sweetner I think one of the worst ones. Just stay away from it. Better safe than sorry!

no the reason you are not supposed to have artificial sweeteners is because they have saccharin and aspartame splenda has one of these your best bet is to follow what you have been already told no fake sugar

I read it's considered OK to use right now. But I stay away from it. My feeling is it hasn't been around to know for sure how safe it is.

I've read that it is completely safe to use. You could always double check with your doctor just to ease your mind! Good luck!
