Someone sprayed my car with a red line, I cant seem to get rid of it with warm water, is there a way besides painting over it?

Where do I get a bug and tar remover or a clay bar?

Does it matter on how long the spray paint has been there? I have no idea because the color of the paint is dark red and my car is black.

try using a clay bar and then rewax the area

try bug and tar remover it worked well when mine got sprayed

you can get bug and tar remover at most auto parts places, autozone, napa, pep boys,...
