Eat several small meals a day instead of letting your body get to the point where you feel like you HAVE to eat. When you don't eat your blood sugar drops like crazy, more so when you're pregnant, so keep up your blood sugar and your nausea will get better, not go away, but get better. Try cheese crackers, or peanut butter crackers, room-temp. coke (don't know why it works, but I'm a living testament!) and small meals. Stay away from spicy foods, greasy foods, or acidic foods during this stage of pregnancy as they will only make you feel worse. Good luck!

when you're pregnant you need to eat every four hours whether you're hungry or not because you have to feed the life growing inside of you and it grows from the nutrients you eat throughout the day. they should be small meals and the nausea will come and go but if you're lucky you won't throw up. to help morning sickness you should eat two saltine crackers before you get up, or peppermints like in restaurants after you eat a meal, but sometimes throwing up makes you feel better too. but good luck with the pregnancy! congrats

Pretty normal yes. I found even if I did eat I throw it all up after 20 minutes. And that went on most of the way through, though at the end heart burn took over so I could barely eat anyway. I survived, so did she. Actually I was 14lbs lighter after I had her than I was before I got pregnant, which was good for me because I had been a bit tubby.

yes that early in pregnancy it is, same happend to me i didn't get to eat untill after 2:00 pm i felt better and i needed to eat. the reason for sickness when pregnant, is when ur asleep at night you go so long with out eating and the baby's hungry and when u don't eat, u feel sick even tho u may or may not vomit. the doctor told me when u wake up in the middle of the night to go pee or whatever munch on a cracker or something small. i never did, i couldn't force myself to eat in the middle of the night till i was bout 8 1/2 months

Just eat what you can.I know exactually how you feel.Just eat a little at a time. Also for the nausea I used to have lemon starburst with me all the time.It helped cure it then I could eat if I wanted. Also apple cider helped me.Just some tricks I picked up through those wonderful 4 months of it.It's worth a try right? Good luck and hope I helped.;)

Yes, this is very normal. When I was first pregnant with my son, I could only stomach crackers, salad and light things like that. I never vomited but always felt so sick I just didn't "feel" like eating. It will get better probably in a couple months (progressively) and you should gain your appetite back. Welcome to the wonderful life of pregnancy! Hehe....it has its ups and downs but it's well worth it! Good luck!

oh yes it is. some days i could only eat crackers or toast and i would have morning sickness so severe that the only thing i could do is lay on the couch and cry. just give it some time it will start to come and go. you are in your early weeks so it can only get better.

Yes its normal....I had the same problem with my second pregnancy and the only thing that helped with the nausea is ginger pills (you can find them at a heath food store) or ginger candy they come in gummy and hard candy form. Congrats on your pregnancy and best wishes!

yes...your body wants you to eat....just make sure that you are getting 4-6 really small meals per day. Even if it's just a peice of toast or bowl of fruit. Also....lots and lots and lots of water.

yes but if you are scared you should ask a doctor to check you just for your peace of mind sometimes the worrying can make the nausea worse
