You will have to find the program's root folder and delete it outright. You may also want to try a spyware program: I'm not totally certain that this is not a malware issue.

I haven't done any research on this one in particular, but sometimes on your Start Menu, where you find the icon to launch the program, there may be an Uninstall icon. Or in c:\program files\ in the folder where this software is loaded, may be an uninstall.exe file. Most likely, this is spyware that was put on your machine without an obvious way to get rid of it. If it's a legitimate program, and it's to get rid of viruses, then it's made not to be removed while Windows is running. You may need to go to their website and learn how to remove it by booting your pc to the command prompt.

You can go to your C: and then Windows and then Program Files and then find the folder for that virus program. From there look and see if you can find a "setup" file or an "uninstall" file. If not then just go back up into the program files and delete the whole folder. Then do a disk scan. then go to

I know this not what you want to hear but if it were my computer I would save my personal stuff, reformat hdd and reinstall the operating system then add virus protection. for me I use my computer for online banking and other uses and the chance of a sinlge trojan or virus stealing my personal info is just too big of a risk. Yes there are free removers if you search the internet. But once you are infected its hard to get everything clean for certain.

I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html
The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

you must delete its entry in the registry windows,, follow this path exactly
start---run---then type in the window: regedit

a new window will appear,, follow this path from the right sector by double click:
Hkey local machine
software
microsoft
windows
current version
Unistall

then under (unistall) search for the key of the profram or package you installed and right click on it and choose delete

you have to do this exactly with marked concentration to avoid any damage

if you did not find its entry there,,, then just delete its folder in program/file
