Well, you could consider it to be the same approximately 93 million miles as the Earth itself I imagine. Otherwise you could determine the exact distance between the center of the Earth and the Sun, subtract the Sun's radius and then determine, based on the latitude of Uzbekistan, how much of the Earth's radius to add subtract depending the season and whether it is day, night, etc. Personally, I would call it 93 million miles and be done with it.

Approximately 93 million miles, also if you wanted much closer than that it would depend on the time of day, and time of year, ( since the earth is tilted on it axis.)
