need to know whats the diffrent is and an examples of it from other rappers would be most helpful

it means some people although were born in the hood.. but they aint built to make it in the hood.. Ja rule would be from the hood but not made for it ( im my opinion) Now if fabolous is for the hood i dont know.. that is my understanding of that statement. hope i helped
