Yes. Sometimes it's when I think about God or Jesus, but other times, it just comes from absolutely nothing.

Meeting my boyfriend was the most uplifting experience that ever happened to me! He changed my life so much, and I am a much better person now than when I met him two years ago!

Yup- the day I was out walking and realized, 'Wow- I feel good and I'm over HIM...'... that was great... and it came suddenly and was real and lasted. I felt like a new person and got back to living.
