math sucks.please help me!!?

i need this for my project.and it is due on january 8.
can anyone give me some problem sentence regarding polynomials??please.thanks a lot. ;))

Eh...

John throws a baseball straight up with a speed of 20 m/s at time t=0. The height of the baseball at time t is given by:

h(t) = -16t² + 20t

How high will the baseball be after 1 second?

well i really don't like math my self by i went into a web site to help you go to this web site www.algebra-help.com.......
or type in freehelp on polynomials and go to the #2 on the list it should help a little.
