Men have a larger frames

The pelvis is an obvious difference in the skeleton - it is wider to accommodate the birth of a baby.

Obviously - the reproductive organs and the urethra differ, as do the mammary glands.

The other big difference is the distribution of body fat. In women this is surface - above the muscles right under the skin. In men it's around the organs. This makes obesity in men more dangerous to them. It also explains why men think their large belly is all muscle - the fat is under the muscle.

Skeleton:
Female hips are wider as they incorporate a birth canal, the male hips have a shaper angle to them.
The male skull has a brow ridge whilst the female does not.
The male lower jaw is heavier set and almost has a right anngle in it. The female skull has two lumps of bone just behind the ears whilst men do not.
Typically men have greater muscle mass than females, but this is variable dependent on physical exercise.

mostly, it boils down to the difference between estrogyn (female) and testosterone (male) testosterone makes a man bigger, stronger, faster ( for all the woman libbers out there... yes you are smaller, weaker, and slower. dont believe me, look at the track and field events in the olympics, mostly the same events but divided into two catergories, male and female because a female track star is slower than a male track star).
now the differences between frame and muscles is simple. in order to support the extra muscle a man carries the skeleton must be denser and stronger. in order to birht children the hips on a woman must be more flexible, hence the skeletal structure itself is different.

The easiest way to tell a male and female skeleton apart is by looking at the two holes in the pelvis (called the sciatic notch). If the hole has an angle of less than 90 degrees, then its a man. If it is 90 degrees or more, then its a woman. Simple.

Vis the skeleton:

The most obvious differences in a girlies skeleton are perhaps that her hips are rotated forward and there is a forward pointing cantilever at the base of her spine - giving the characteristic errr.... 'cantilevered' appearance of the human female.

A surefire way to tell the gender of a skeleton is to check the hip width. The female's is wider.

women have a different pelvis for childbirth it's wider. but we both have the same number of bones. obviously all the genital muscles differ, with the organs.

Mostly true. I guess the differences boil down to that men are logical and that women are emotional.
