workshop, eh? job related, i assume. you're not some kid in high school anymore. this is serious business! act like a professional. no hanky-panky! you don't want word to get out that you're 'slick,' shall we say? or a troll? be on your best behavior! no flirting, no asking women out. discuss business only, and encourage the women to do the same. if a woman comes on to you, make it clear you're there for business and business only. save flirting for the bars and clubs! good luck and enjoy!

Respectfully. As you would a man in the same situation. This is a work related thing, and being inappropriate with a woman (even if she just perceives it that way) could reflect poorly on you.

Is there a problem? Girls are human beings too. We like to talk, at least I do! So, usually, just let us talk and you listen. Be yourself, be nice and we respond.

Just be yourself! That's all that matters. And remember that people love to talk about themselves, so if you are at a loss for words, ask a question. :-)
