yea..It comes up alot...and the other person that you are talking to doesn't seem to like it very much. You say it when you just don't care to hear about something anymore..and to stop the conversation.

I do not say whatever a lot.
you should better phrase your question. the word a lot is very subjective. Ask an objective question buddy. Specify what you mean by "a lot"

i dont say it a lot but i say it sum what probbably at least once a day!! and i dont say it in the preppy way like you know "what-EVERRRRR" im just like yea whatever bro. you know.....why do YOU say it!!??!!
