Well, could be pregnant. However, if you are sure that is not the case....if you are physically very active with sports, running, working out, then you may not get a period. Many female athletes report loss of mensus during seasons of heavy training activities. Seeing your doctor is wise either way in case there is an unseen problem.

If you are excercising a lot and thin then you can lose your period. My friend did for a year. I think it is very bad for your bones and can give you problems. Better to see your dr if it has been more than a few months.
Or depending on how old you are maybe you haven't started yet.

Do you have other symptoms--like more body hair but losing more hair than usual on your head?
If so, you may have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). I've got it, and I was diagnosed with a simple blood test and, a few years later, by an ultrasound.

Well have you ever had it? Or has it just suddenly stopped? Recently had unprotected sex (if so you could be pregnant)?
You should really ask a doctor.
