from my address book in "my computer"?

The address book is not in an e-mail program, it is in the accessories menu that is accessed through "programs" on the start menu.

As the answer is different for every one of the 2,000 email programs currently in existence, it would be helpful if you could tell us what e-mail you use.

The short answer is Yes.
Go to Office Depot, Staples, or any office supply and pick the Avery software bundle. If will have the software you need to print in any program (Windows). I have a 9pin Lexmark setup with a 5000 label continuous feed. It works great. I have it connected via a print server to my router.

if you can get your addresses exported into a data format then you can merge them onto labels in word.
