We think it happened about 3 billion years ago. Some modern bacteria can form a "sex pilus" and a "pilus receptor." It's possible that these things evolved three billion years ago.

It was created about a second before Adam and then God gave Adam the genital and he did say go forth and use your genital for the good of all man kind, problem was God hadn't made Eve yet so all Adam could do was play with his genital, finally God got sick of looking at Adam under the apple tree playing with his genital so he did create Eve and he did say go Eve and get Adams rocks of and there ended the lesson
