Try Bing Agencey International.

They still make carbs but Bings are expensive-as are parts. I would put a VM round slide mikuni on it of the same size as stock(32mm?)

Since you know it is a Bing carb I assume it is still on the bike.
Why don't you just repair/have it cleaned. However if it is beyond cleaning or repair you may be able to get some info regarding this machine and spare parts by contacting the vintage japanese motorcycle club (www.vjmc.com). Also look into yahoo groups where you can search for minibike forums

chances are that its a tecumseh or a briggs and stratton motor, carbs are available for those
