i dont know about that but Ive met a white guy named BIlly Bob Earl. That was all his first name. I thought that was pretty weird.
names form different cultures are going to sound weird to you just like I think naming a kid Skyler or Chase is stupid. Just cause its weird to you doesn't give you free reign to mock. Many things that may seem standard to you would probably get you clowned where I'm from

You don't have to be a racist to be an ignorant piece of sh*t.
The very nature of your qualification "i am NOT racist, but " indicates that you may have some unresolved issues.
Don't wimp out like "Kramer." If one is a racist they should say it loud and clear so we can get you some help.
To answer your question: Any name with European history.
But perhaps you should ask yourself this: Why do you care? Better yet, why are these names weird to you? Upon hearing such names do you ROTFLOL? Does these names harm you in any way? Do you have one of these "black names" and you dislike it?
Perhaps it is because some people want to separate themselves from the standard European name and create their own subculture. Maybe they don't want a name like Winston, Earl or Sarah.
Also, where do names come from? Why do not accept the framing of morphemes in this particular way? You know a name is arbitrary.
By the way, what is your name? Do you like it? Do you think your children will like the name you choose for them?

This isn't about blacks-I knew two brothers who came to the country from Asia, and the mother could not speak much English. When they asked for the boys names, she wanted to give them "American" names, so she named them "What" and "Then". It was kinda funny.
I also know a family from Taiwan and the last name is Le (pronounced Lay) and the eldest daughter has the first name of Mai. That one isn't funny. She was tortured in school.

There are a lot of "weird" names but it has little to do with color. A lot of people I know (white) are trying so hard to be cute and creative that they're saddling their kids with all kinds of ridiculous concoctions like Tycoda, Morning Joy, Sann, Picabo (which isn't "peek-a-boo" no matter how you read it). There are also the somewhat regular names with the strange spellings that will drive the kid crazy throughout his/her life.
Names from different cultures may seem strange if you speak only American-English but "David" and "Susan" probably sound odd to people in Asia.

Better question, why does what someone else naming their child concern you? Just because its different from yours its weird. Just because it sounds ethinic, he/she won't get a job they may be qualified for? What does a name have to do with someone's character?
But your not racists. No not you.

There was a really cute little girl in my kid's kindergarten class named "Tequila". There was an apostrophe in there somewhere, but it was otherwise spelled exactly like the margarita ingredient.
