Hey there,

I like to use liquid eyeliner because it does not smear during the day.
The best way to use a eyeliner brush is to make sure you don't have too much excess liquid liner on the brush. Apply ONLY on top of your eye lid, along your eye lash line. The end of your lashes draw a small line upward. This creates the illusion that you have long lashes as well as it makes your eyes look bigger. DONT line underneath your lashes because it will smudge and make your eyes look small.
