The natural agents like rain, sun, wind, frost etc cause weathering of rocks. The hard, massive rocks of the mountain get fractured and ultimately disintegrate into smaller pieces and the pieces settle down the valley due to gravity. A river, originating from mountain, collects these boulders and carries them in its course. While carrying them, it breaks down the big boulders to smaller fragments and takes them down and ultimately deposits them partly in its lower reaches and partly to its mouth, often forming deltas by such deposition. So the entire process may be considered as destructive.
The sediments, thus deposited at sea, are gradually hardened by overlying pressure and ultimately form sedimetary rock. Due to plate tectonic activity, these sediments are later subjected to immense pressure and ultimately get folded to form the folded mountain chain. This is a constructive process.

Constructive forces can be classified as compressional and tensional force. Compression causes folding and mountain building, while tension causes faulting. What exact structures are formed depends on what is coming together or breaking apart. The Himalayas are a good example of constructive force.

The main constructive force (not for modern civilization) for the earth is the plate tectonic theory with a molten core.
The main destructive force is weathering over geological time.

constructive forces - Theory of plate techtonics says that our Earth is made of plates, like a puzzle, moving about Earth. These plates move and sometimes collide - which can cause mountain building - constructive.

those same plate tectonics when moving sometimes cause Earthquakes or Volcanoes - destructive.

Tectonic plate shifts and volcanic activity are constructive.

Destructive forces include erosion from weather, streams, etc.
