Alright I know I am not the only one, but a year ago my eldest son was molested. The kid who did it was 17, my son was 6. I have psychologist backing me and stuff, but because the kid said he didn't do it he walks.

Not even on a registry or anything so others will know how sick he is.

Has this ever happend to any of you?

As soon as I got wind of what was happening I immediatly got him into therepy. He is now is special classes to help him over come all of this. I know that he is not lying because he has PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and has dreams about it.

the thing that get's me is that CPS never turned it over to the police, they kept it in house. The system is screwed. It's bass ackwards I tell ya!

Wow! Are you kidding me? These are the stories that people need to hear. Our court system is so hung up on sending the drug dealers to prison that, they are overlooking and releasing the pedophiles and rapists!! I'm sorry for your pain. Hopefully, karma will come back and get that guy.

I really feel for you and your situation. I don't have children but the same type of situation happened with my neirce and the son of a baby sitter. It's a tightrope. I know you want to believe your son but is it possible that he was confused or possibly dreaming? Just recently a man was killed by a neighbor after he was accused of molesting the neighbors daughter. She was 4 and it was later determined that nothing happened. How did you come into contact with the psychologist? How was the information obtained? I guess there aren't enough details for me to really make an assessment.

I know that's not really useful to you but maybe you could entertain the thought that the boy is innocent and has been spared an unwarranted criminal record? Good luck to you and your son.

NO! The Bible replaced into written with the help of adult men. how are you able to in all probability believe that letting mass murderers and baby molesters bypass unfastened could be a physically powerful thought??? What related to the ten Commandments? Thou shalt no longer kill? Why on earth might you opt for to set those risky creatures unfastened to prey upon our toddlers and kill harmless human beings? that's no longer Heaven, that's Earth. i won't stand whilst particular Christians take the Bible precisely word for word. you have no longer have been given any thought what you're conversing approximately! So, you think of risky human beings like Charles Manson might desire to be set unfastened? Or terrible baby molesters who will harm or perhaps kill our toddlers? Craziness!

One of my co-workers molested my daughter when she was 11/12 years old. She never told me because, to her, he was my friend. I told her if he was really my friend, he wouldn't have done this to her. He spent 11 years of a 14 yr sentence in prison and now lives on the other side of the state. My daughter is doing great now and has given me a beautiful grand-daughter.
We thought about getting a restraining order against him, in case he got any ideas, but we were told that he would have to know we we live (the girls live with me) so that he would know where to stay away from...we decided against it.
I will pray for you and your son, it is never easy to deal with crap like this. Just make sure your son knows that you believe him and that you will stand by him no matter what.

its very sad but i have seen this happen alot and it sickens me the government protects these sickos, a while back there was man that was a foster parent for 4years!!!!! he was a registered sex offender and had molested many children then they go and let him be a foster parent for alot of other kids! im sorry but if one of my kids ever got molested id take the law into my own hands because it never fails that the system lets you down every time when it comes to this, if it was one of their kids oh it would be a whole new ballgame then, im sorry that your son had to go through that and that the evil sick person that did it didnt even have to pay for what he did i pray that he can overcome what happened to him

I am so sorry for your son...no, this hasn't happened to me but I feel your pain....these molesters need to be put away permanently....and I don't know what the answer is...it seems like all the criminals have more "rights" than we law-abiders do...and it is wrong..my prayers are with you and your son...I hope you find some peace, and I hope the molester comes to justice.

Try taking this to federal court on the grounds of violating the boys civil rights. This is how the Brown family got OJ. Less evidence is required in this type of court.
