Better to do your graduation in India, since you have tests like TOEFL, IELTS as a prequalification to enter into foreign universities.For this exams to be a graduate is more convenient & of course your grades matter above all.

The answer to this question depends on the field in which you wish to pursue higher studies. While US, UK and Austrailia are the most favoured ones among the students, there are other countries too which show a lot of promise. For eg. for technical studies Germany is emerging as one of the best educators and moreover the education there is free for all. For fine arts there could be nothing better than France or Italy and for business India is the best u don't need to go anywhere. India is great for the undergraduate studies. If u get admission in a good institute in India, u don't need to go anywhere else. If still confused than stick to US, UK and Australia mate

In general, US would be the best place if you can get into any reputed University. If not able to, then try better known universities of UK, Switzerland, Sweden, France, Canada or Germany.

Nearer to our country and culture, Singapore is better than any after schooling in India, of course.

Need more details.
But one must not live his/her country without good foundation.
So get the basic degree and then decide. About four years can make you mature enough to venture out on your own.

ask people who have gone for post graduation will definitely say that their foreign friends have much lower level than theirs because we have a tougher syllabus
so you get it, best to stay here till graduation
and till you grow that much
may be india would be good for P.G. also
