Uh--the wind blows the plastice. The branches catch the plastic. That is how it happens.

I want to know who ties shoes together and throws them over the telephone lines. How do they do that? Just sheer talent I suppose.

the people who put the trees in, the trees are still little and it has this metal holding it up, thats why it has plastic too.
