If a woman gets scorn her standards go up and the more she is hurt the more her standards rise. Of course though if she had a past boyfriend that gave her the world, when you step on the platform you have to meet or beat that. What seems high standards to you could be normal for another dude.

most girls think they are a lot prettier than they really are, i am not trying ot be mean or anything but that might be the answer
