Having the tubes cut is the safest for both parties.

It works I haven't taken it but I have a best friend that takes it like it is birth control (and it should not be taken this way), it has worked for her every time. Also I believe you have to have a prescription for some or go to planed parenthood in your area and I think they might dispense it at there sight. Also if you keep track of your period then know that you are only fertile approximately 14 days after your period, so that if you are not around that window period, you should be OK.

marry's daughter's recommendations on the ccli.org etc. on ecological breast feeding wherein a small mistake on understanding the fertile period will cause debacle in the entire system. Rest of her sayings on the ill effects of contraceptives are absolutely agreed upon.

The best way for a male for family planning is the CONDOM. I repeat CONDOM. People who curse condoms for its failure are dishonest in using the condom. Just after the foreplay, even before the genitals touch the CONDOM should be used. Some await for the master s troke and then use it and finally blame the CONDOM itself. Be strict to one brand of CONDOM and use it strictly under all circumstances. Condom added with Coitus Interruptus (stopping it seconds before ejaculation) will be an excellent protection but difficult to practice. But I do and am succssful.

Condoms. They are the most effective in preventing pregnancy, no side effects (unless you are one of those rare people who's allergic to latex), and they also protect against sexually transmitted disease. Nowadays they are made fine-skinned but strong so as not to reduce pleasure.

No other contraceptive has ALL these benefits, no other contraceptive is as effective at preventing pregnancy.

Surgically, a vasectomy for the man is much better than a tubectomy for the woman. Vasectomies are short simple procedures, and should you change your mind later and want more kids, can sometimes be reversed. Vasectomies are usually recommended for men who have already got kids not for unmarried men. Tubectomies on the other hand are proper surgeries and so therefore more risk to the woman (also not reversible). I don't think much of men who get their wives to have tubectomies just because they're worried they'll be less of a man with a vasectomy. Anyone who is willing to put his wife through that just for his ego is already less of a man!

Pills are second most effective contraceptive after condoms, but they can have unpleasant and unhealthy side effects. Diaphragms, spermicides etc are not as effective as condoms.

Rhythm method (of avoiding ovulation days) has its risks because most women do not have a cycle that runs like clockwork.

Early withdrawal is dangerously stupid because sperm and infections can be transmitted in the initial stage, not just at ejaculation.

If sex is not good with a condom, it's not the condom's fault!! Be a good carpenter and wear that rubber!
