I would have to say that by far, http://www.fishforums.com is the best forum. It is very active, and the folks there are helpful and tolerant of newbie mistakes but intolerant of morons. It's terrific.

www.liveaquaria.com is a very informative website on fresh and saltwater fish, also wetwebmedia.com is another very informative forum...hope this helps any

depends on what fish you are looking for. The best one I have seen for guppies is guppy.com.
