I would pick A. Quality of life is important. What's the use of all that money if I can't enjoy life and my family is in shambles? :(

this answer will be different for all that come through here...as everyones priorities are going to be different. Family and money. Which is more important to you? The first job you are able to be with your family a lot and spend summers with them while at the other job it is not so...but you will be making a lot more money and have more incentives with a probability of moving up. So...is spending time with your family more important or is providing more for your family more important? The coice is yours. Personally, I would choose the first one. Time with your family is worth more than a pay raise ever could be...and there will always be time for a job that takes up more of your time when the children are grown.
