i know friends that were regular right after stopping,However i've been off the pill for 14 months, and i still haven't had a period. And i've had to consult a doctor. Hopefully it won't take you that long, but just keep in mind that EVERYONE is different. Goodluck

I've been off mine for 7 months and still no period.The doctor told me to wait it out.

everyone is different! you could start right away, but I would say that most likely by the 2nd or 3rd month.
