Any military operation comes with an "endstate." An endstate is a set of conditions that Soldiers and leaders use to judge, in essence, when their job is done.

What do you feel the endstate is in Iraq? What conditions should exist before we withdaw our Soldiers from this conflict?

CB - I actually consider myself a liberal. And you should know that it's "you're," a contraction of the words "you" and "are" as opposed to the word you used, "your." To use both in a sentence, You're a moron, because your mind is always closed.

I think that is when the Iraqi government WOULD be able to really take control over the country, settle down the conflicts between religious groups; Iraqi polices/army can maintain the security of the country and keep Iraqi safe from terrorist attacks.
Maybe these things are too much to ask, I dont see a near future for this question.
