cubic inches are units of volume, not density. Density is measured in units of mass / volume so "pounds per cubic inch", "grams per cubic centimeter", or "kilograms per cubic meter".

The density of regular plate glass is 2.44 grams per cubic centimeter, which can be converted using google by knowing that:
