Not exactly. Freedom means the right to do as you please so long as it does not violate the law or impose on the freedoms of others.

If freedom meant you could do as you please then you might one day decide to put a spike strip on the road and watch people get flat tires.

Freedom doesn't mean that you have the right to use improper grammar. Take a look at your question and figure out how to ask it correctly.

Freedom of speech and religion. We are allowed to say and believe what we choose within the boundaries of the law. If you do something illegal you are susceptible to the penalties of the law.

Freedom is the ability to think what you please, and do what you please as long as it does not infringe on anyone elses freedoms. You are allowed to believe or disbelieve religion, you are not free to force someone to practice your belief. You are free to obtain what you desire, but you must pay for it.
