Great question!!
In the battle of wit, Cox all the way! House has biting wit as well, but too often he's too mean...Cox can be sarcastic and funny at the same time and has a heart.
If they were both at my drs office, that would be one awesome practice! Everyone would want to go there, if you have a run-of-the-mill disease, see Cox, and if you have some crazy disease, see House. You have the best of both worlds!

They're both pretty devious, but House is far more intelligent. House wins it in a walk!
They would never survive coexistence in the same practice for long. Either Cox would leave or be eliminated. I would just put off my annual appointment until that happened!

Though House is arguably smarter.... no one can hold a candle to Dr. Cox's unyielding monologues and cut throat wit.
