Yes,don't get too busy.Take some time to stand back and reflect on what this time of the year really means. It's not just about parties and decorating the house. It's about Love,Life,Family,Friends and reaffirming your relationship with God,Nature, the Universe and most importantly, yourself.
When we get too busy with decorating, parties, preparing meals and shopping for that "perfect" gift,we forget what Christmas is really about.

Just try not to get carried away. Avoid being excessive in what you do. Gifts, decorations, food, etc.

By doing things in moderation and being negotiable with the family, it will hold the stress level down. In this way you will have a peaceful joyous Holiday Season.

Happy Holidays!!

Also avoid saying "reason for the season"...it's just too annoying.
