Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are both wireless networking standards that provide connectivity via radio waves. The main difference: Bluetooth's primary use is to replace cables, while Wi-Fi is largely used to provide wireless, high-speed access to the Internet or a local area network.

technically bluetooth and wireless are the same, they are 2 different technologies however. Bluetooth is a shorter signal but can carry more information, and wireless is simply a way to broadcast various types of info. If the camera is wi-fi and the pc is bluetooth, it won't work and vice versa. Wirelessly connected devices have to be able to broadcast and receive wireless signals, and bluetooth "enabled" devices have to have a bluetooth interface to transfer from/to.

Sure you can buy a camera, but Wi-Fi and Blutooth are not related, other that they are both wireless.

You need a wireless router to use wife to connect with your camera. Linksys makes good routers, BUT always read the reviews one of their wireless G routers has a bad batch so don't get just any without reading reviews.
