I have provided a link to the North American Society of Sports Management. they have information on schools around the world. I would look there first.

i know that the GC Foster College of Physical Education and Sports offers Sport Management, but the college is in Jamaica, a Caribbean island. the school offers on campus boarding too. i have several friends who attended, a cousin and my fiancee. my fiancee is now a coach, physical education and science teacher.
one of my friend is now a sports broadcaster for our national TV station. it is a highly recommended college. if you do well their you can also get a scholarship to a university in the states.

I am pretty sure you can get a degree in sports Management at Ohio State. Good School as well
