it dosnt have to be free as far as buying it i just want to be able to not have to pay monthly.

You can buy Guildwars about $20..pretty good..no monthly fee either. A lot of people like it..theres a halfway new expansion for it too. But thats like $50

www.runescape.com yes theres always that one.
But World of Warcraft has a monthly fee..and is well worth it..you can also buy a $30.00 card in a store and use that for 2months instead of creditcard.
Runescape is boring for me..so I would go with muonline..but thats just me..If I wasnt playing World of Warcraft..I would be playing MUOnline.

Heres a good online RPG game. Its a multiplayer game too.
Its called Zeus' Legacy.
Free,fun,worthwhile,and non-download.
