I say anything that uses your imagination and personal form of creativity is art.
Like my nieces crayola tornado that she drew me when she was 3.

"Dogs playing poker" is art, but it will never hang in the Louvre. In other words, there is art and then there is "high art", just like there are Fords and there are Lamborghini Countach's - both are cars, but one is lot cooler than the other.

these days anything can be art. a napkin with rubberband wrapped around it can be called art. but you don't have to like all art. just like what you like.
