He is definitely not guilty. The man did a great service by briniging that scumbag back to face justice. For the United States to bend over for Mexico like that is really disgusting.

not guilty,some scumbag who takes advantage of women thinks he can run to mexico and hide and get away with it.kinda sends the wrong message to criminals dont it.the us senate will make sure dog stays a free man and laws on detaining fugitives in others states will be changed in the near future im sure.
