win xp has most of the drivers. If anything is left, it may be a newer part/component which you may be having a driver cd. Or you can download from the internet once your reinstallation is complete.

Depends on the laptop. XP includes thousands of drivers with it, so it may have all the drivers you need. If the disk came with the laptop, and is not a standard XP disk, then the manufacturer shouldhave included all the drivers on the CD.
Before you reinstall, go to the manufacturer's website, look up the you model, and download any drivers they have available there. Burn them to a CD. Then if you need them during the re-install, you will have them.

For a laptop, you will need to manually install...
display drivers
keyboard drivers
and possibly sound drivers but that is rare.
Windows will install "generic" versions of these if it has them available. However, install the ones that came with the computer or from the manufacturer's web site as these will ALWAYS perform better that Window's old generic drivers.

well, if u use the orginal CD that came with ur toshiba the driver must be on the cd, but if it's not u 've got to backup. but any way i think it's better that you backup ur drivers first, u can find some prog for it on google.
