Grab a hot cup of cocoa and sit back in an easy chair facing my picture window and lets my eyes drink it in while I remember the days of my youth and all the snowball fights and snow angles my friends and I used to have.
But if given half a chance and an invite will join in the fun again and my bones will just have to pay the price later.

I wish it would snow here. Florida. Well when I was a kid when it first snowed we all got our sleds and went to suicide hill. After that we played football in the snow. ( really awesome ) you like slide 10 feet when you are tackled. Build some snowmen and snowforts and have snowball fights. Make a snow angel.

Migrate back south for the Winter -- after all, what is Retirement for anyway? (PS -- I grew up in the Chicago area, so I DO know what Snow is, and my Grandparents lived in Michigan).
When I was younger -- Snow was something magical and a joy. Now that I am retired, it is a pain in the REAR, the shoulders, the back, and everywhere else!

happy to confirm that somebody enjoys the white stuff. we've had it on the grounds that mid November and it in simple terms isn't relaxing anymore. The banks in the driveway are over 6 feet so which you won't be in a position to confirm something once you're attempting to tug out. city does sparkling the sidewalks yet now there's a layer that they only won't be in a position to get to and that's in simple terms too no longer difficulty-free for toddlers to stroll with the aid of. struggling with with teenagers to placed on snowsuits and boots lower back isn't the spotlight of my day. as quickly as we do pass out, my teenagers like to skate on the ice rink in the exterior (geared up by employing Daddy and Grandpa.) and that they prefer to throw snowballs (that's too chilly now for sturdy packing snow). My older ones could play hockey all day if we enable them to. I awoke this morning to my 3 year old announcing "Mommy, that's crack of first mild" at 5:15 am - the solar wasn't even up! have fun with your snow yet please do no longer deliver your climate equipment this way!
