Just because you support a party doesn't mean that you believe in everything the party is selling. It just means you want to be a politician and the other party didn't want you.

Look at Ronald Regan he first ran as a democrat in the race for the california governor however he lost so the second time he come in he came in as a Republican and took the state as a Republican.


Most politicians aren't really for anyone party they just want to get in office and have power.
Just because you have an adult kid doesn't mean they are going to live life just to please you.

No, he is a loving dad, had a senior moment while hunting, and supports stem cell research if the cells are not harvested from fetuses. He is a normal Republican, not the hyperbole caricature that most liberals think of as Republican.
