The United States was NEVER united. That's why "states rights" was included in the Constitution. So that each state could bully people as they so choose.

We are united.... we are the US, regardless of differences of opinions.. everyone throughout history has had differences of opinions as to what is best for our country.. that is why we have 2 parties (or 3 now)- the debate about what is best for our country will never stop.. but when people stop caring, stop standing up for what they believe in, and stop voicing their opinions.. that is when we will no longer be united... and hopefully that will never happen.. just because you don't agree with someone doesn't make them wrong.. and vise versa.. but at least they and you care enough to stand up and say what you think

United States were never united in one political party. If so it wouldn't be a free country. Choices make this country great and each individual makes it worth it.

It has never been. The lower half of north america is nothing more than 48 individual little countries. Even within those 48 little countries there is no unity. Philo Beddo said it best, "Clyde, scrap the caddie"

I am the Fringe and Work in Progress Americanism is now mired in quick sand!

I dont see unification as a possibility. Beliefs are too strong at both sides of the issue. For example; Some people view abortion as a womans right to choose and others view it as murder. There is no middle ground on hot topic issues like that.

Fundamentally, the left and the right are wired with opposite core beliefs and can only agree on small benign issues.

I see no information that that is popping out greater suitable than it ever has been. to tell the reality, I see no information that everywhere is heavily greater racist than the different place. Many from the north are a minimum of as racist - and in many circumstances lots, lots greater - as any southerner. And there are a number of Europeans lots greater racist than the two. whether, politicians could make it worse. human beings like Jesse Jackson or Hillary, by using consistently taking part in the race card, make some human beings think of they are being taken care of in a racist way while they at the instant are not, and make human beings resent the 1st group for thinking that way. all of us is human beings, and we could consistently all cope with one yet another in that way.

I think it will take alot of love and inner strentgh from everyone to forgive and forget our past mistakes. It will take a miracle from god to bring it back to the way it should be. We should all pray for this.

We need to elect a new messiah who was lost with time back in the past to enlighten those monkeys out there for the good of mankind in planet of apes.
Time will expose the lost twin brothers of Israel who was lost with time in planet of apes.
That will clean up the mess in kicking the three monkeys who see no evil, say no evil and hear no evil in making a mess in planet of apes.
Need a missing key to trace them in planet of apes.
