If she is bottle feeding, give her 2 weeks of you getting up every night to feed the baby. She needs her rest. If she is breast feeding, rent or buy a pump and still do the same thing.

go and buy her a music box and a baby ring and put the ring inside and wrap it up for her and give it to her. If that doesn't melt her heart...nothing will. make sure you go to like Hallmark and get the music box..make sure it is for your baby if it's a girl...it would probably say "Daughter" on the outside and play a nice melody. If its a boy...well...get her the music box instead and that would just be great....buy the baby ring only if its a girl though! Good luck...it will work because really its a gift to the mom but its for the baby all the more.

She never appreciates what? You should get her some flowers at least, and the greatest present you can give her besides that is sleep! Help out whenever possible, she is going to be very tired for a long time. Be a good husband.

My grandma never appreciates either...so getting her a gift is a drudge(i know).
Not only should the birth of your child be SO special, but WHATEVER you decide to get her should be special too. All that matters is that it comes from the heart.
(you can't help the way she receives it)Best wishes with your new little one.

My bf got me the three most beautiful red roses in a vase from the flower shop when I had our baby. They really were the prettiest, fullest roses I had ever seen!

Get her a bouquet of flowers w/a balloon that says Congratulations or I Love You or something sweet on it with a card from you. If she doesnt appreciate that then something is wrong with her I appreciate anything from my husband especially when it comes from his heart which doesnt happen enough.
