Have you noticed black and white people are more tolerant to each other,or has it worsened?

I don't think it has changed at all. What I am seeing in the news is that any one that looks ethnically Middle-Eastern Arab is mildly suspect and the anyone with brown skin who looks like they might be Hispanic gets that questionable look--Are you legal or not? I live in TX and sometimes I cannot tell the ethnicity of a person unless I hear him speak. I don't like calling someone a Mexican just because his skin is brown. How can you know his nationality by just looking at the color of his skin? They are like us. They come in all colors and races. Hispanics are not a race, but a cultural-linguistic group as are Anglo-Americans.

The white/black thing hasn't changed. There's still racists in both groups. The group that's being targeted now are people from the Middle East. I swear if a Arab guy gets on an elevator, people get this look like he's going to detonate. That's how it's changed.

i personally feel it's been spread abroad in the beginning only african americans were targeted now all races are feeling the effects of racism ecspecially iraqians,pakastanians,people from india as well. It's not just black and white we now have shades of gray.

It has definitely become more 'acceptable' to hate Middle Easterners in general, without bothering to check out the particulars... like are they even remotely likely to support or know a terrorist. As far as the black and white issue- I don't know. I wish we could just get over that one... It seems a bit 'in your face' yet...

i Believe that racism has become accepted more in this country especially towards people of Middle Eastern/Muslim/Arab descendant. I also think that we as Americans have become racist towards illegal immigrate also, but that just me.

Ive noticed americans in general have gotten more racist towards the rest of the world, its stupid and it makes me mad.
