Because the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) reported that...

"If Americans adopt a vegetarian diet, then America can permanently eradicate over 90% of all heart disease."

With over 10% of the American population transformed into vegetarians, and over 1-2 million new vegetarians being converted every year...

Soon you won't be able to get a hamburger or beef steak dinner anywhere.

That's the good news.

Mc Donald's doesn't sell beef at all in hundreds of its restaurants...the fad of the 60s in now a rapidly growing popular trend more on the scale of a mass movement away from beef and meat products.

Mc Donalds commented that "If people want it, we will serve 100% vegetarian Mc Anythings."

RE:
Does anyone know why Hardee's got rid of their roast beef sandwich?

I managed a Hardees in the 1980,s. Roast Beef top selling item. They were sprinkled with a spice mix called chef seasoning and aujus Company discontinued the seasoning. Big mistake. The roasts were baked fresh daily, and the ham was sliced everyday for freshness.I miss this food. They branched out into salads then fried chicken.
They had no national advertising to back up there franchises.

I didn't know Hardees had roast beef...I guess they are focusing more on their great burgers. Or the sales were poor for the roast beef.

There are 2 main reasons, one some total imbecile got rid of the signature bbq sauce and replaced it woith some nasty sweet and sour causing sales to plummet. Then, after that major screw up on the menu along with countless
others going back to the 1980s they lost over have their restaurants forcing them to sell to CKE and now
its really messed up. Its hardees in name only, really they are Carls Jr now

Cause Hardee's doesn't make much $ anymore. They don't need more stuff to drain out the money.
