You do not clean primer paint...you paint over top of it. Primer is the first coat that seals the drywall and preps the wall for a coat of the good stuff, real paint. Usually, with a good primer, a wall can get away with one coat of the real paint.
Cleaning it with any type of liquid will tend to wash the primer off the wall. If you feel it bumpy, lightly sand it and wipe it with a damp cloth before apply the paint.

Primer is pre paint so buy a fair grade paint and paint the room the color you want

don't clean it....just paint over it.....the primer will help your new color take better with less paint.....usually, ur supposed to use a primer paint before applying your main color

attempt a sponge and worry-free detergent blended with warmth water. Afterwards, paint the walls with a good latex tooth. this can make your condominium a lot nicer and extra accessible to save sparkling and sparkling.

put some gloves on and fill a bucket with water and a little bleach and use a sponge and go over the dirty part of the wall. my mom does it.
