You can always adopt, there are plenty of children that need good homes & loving parents.

They can get married, but they should probably avoid having children. A genetic counselor can best answer this question. If you can't afford to see a genetic counselor, you can't afford to have children with problems, either.

They should probably not have children. If children are really important, they should probably not consider marriage or should consider adoption.
