A child with Down Syndrome has a right to be born. They might be a little slower than everybody else, but they have prove that they can hold down a job, live independently, and help others. It is not their fault they got an extra chromosome.

And they do not have down syndrome, they do not look like sloth or whatever his name was on goonies, they are a modern descendant of cro magnum man. Why shouldn't they be able to live? The are just like us, with physiological and genetic differences. Kinda like a bridge between old and new.
The only thing separates them from us is they are indigenous, so they haven't really had the interracial breeding that modern (civilized) country's have had, so they have pretty much retained their original DNA.
So yes they should live!!!

If life is enriched by meaningful relationships, which it is, then you will never have a more enriched life than experiencing the love and devotion of a child with Downs Syndrome. They are smarter and healthier than many "normal" people.

Downs Syndrome is the proper pronunciation for this.
Yes...they should be allowed to live. I have a nephew that is Down Syndrome, he's a super guy.
