ok i can tell you the answer but lets think for a moment....

you are talking about a molecule that is a cycloheptodiene.... 7(hepta) carbon ring structure (cyclo) with two(di) double bonds (ene)... draw out your structure.... you know that carbon should have a total of 4 bonds each.... if a carbon is attached to a double bond... it has one H if there are two double bonds that means 4 carbons are involved... and 4 H's now for the other three they would be connect to 2 H's because that already have two bonds to other carbons... so 7 C's and 4+6 = 10

i have found C7 H10 with a cycle of 6 atoms of C and a double bound with the carbon outside
