The funniest song I ever heard was about an Irish bloke working on a building, who fell off the scaffolding and hurt himself.
I can't remember who sang it, or what the song was called, but it was very funny.

Other than that, I'd pick Ernie the Milkman by Benny Hill.

I have very diverse taste in music so what someone else finds weird might sound totally normal to me. That said, I listened to the latest Scott Walker album (The Drift) and I thought "Whoa - that's some strange stuff!" It was mainly his vibrato-drenched, strained falsetto that gave me pause. However, many critical sources I trust seem to think it is extraordinary so I keep meaning to check it out again and see if it was really as weird as I remember.

The Victoria Wood song Let's Do It from the eighties I think. It's about a couple having difficulty making love.

"Cocaine" think it's called, by Queens of the Stone age. I also find Monkberry Moon Delight by Paul McCartney funny, lots of Tenacious D, Vagina by Tom Green, a fair few others too...
