Where can I find cheap but quality art materials?

I need to find art materials for a kindergarten classroom of 24 children. What are good websites or stores that can accomodate a short budget?

Hey Shake,

Art suppies are cheap on the web. Also, you can get paints at Home Depot, or Lowes that were mixed incorrectly - sometimes free. Here are some sites.

Michael's, I'm not sure where you are, but they have them all over the Eas coast.
